Our 4-week Regaining Strength Postpartum program is designed to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild pelvic floor stability, and regain full-body strength after pregnancy.

 

By the end of four weeks, you’ll feel more supported from the inside out, experience fewer aches and pains associated with pregnancy and postpartum, and have a strong, sustainable foundation to continue building on. 
 

 

Who’s it for?

  • Women who are 12+ weeks postpartum and/or have been cleared by their doctor to return to physical activity

  • New moms who want to rebuild overall strength while prioritizing pelvic floor support

  • Women with access to a gym or basic at-home equipment (resistance bands, dumbbells, or kettlebells)

 

What’s included:

  • 4 Week Training Program: Focused on re building general strength and pelvic floor strength 
  • 4 Workouts Per Week: You'll have access to three, 45-minute strength basic workouts plus one accessory day which emphasis pelvic floor strength and mobility 
  • Access to Our Training App: Track your progress, nutrition, log workouts, and upload progress pictures so you can stay motivated and see your strength grow in real-time
