What are your current goals and why?
My current goal is to become the strongest version of my self and also lean out a little, especially since I have a wedding to get ready for next October.
What keeps you motivated?
Seeing the confidence that I have gained and actually seeing this happy version of myself. It’s been a while since I have actually been happy with myself and the way that I look. I look forward to each strength cycle at the gym because I love seeing the progress that I’m making on each lift and seeing how strong I am becoming.
Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?
There have been history of some health issues in my family and I want to be able to nip some of it in the butt early, and I like seeing my self happy and seeing this glow in myself that I haven’t seen in a while.
What is your most memorable experience in this program?
Working with Coach Gabbi she has really instilled in me to not let the scale discourage me, it's being able to see the inches that I’m losing and even fitting into to old clothes has to be one of my favorites. Along with hitting a huge PR & joining the 300 club with my deadlift.
BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?
My hype moments include hitting PR's on my back squat, jerk, dead lift and bench. Also the fact that I was able to do two strict pull ups amazed me, I never would’ve thought I could even do one.
