1.) What are your goals and why?
Current Goals are to shred body fat while maintaining performance, but I’d say really during my time here with Alltru is being intentional towards exploring & transforming my relationship with body image and food.
2.) What keeps you motivated?
Motivation is fickle to me. I don’t believe it’s the feeling of motivation that keeps me doing what I do. It’s the decision keep promises to myself and those I make to others. Coming into the program, I determined I wanted to be the best client Coach Alexa has ever had and… now I am here as the client of the month 😂. Guess it’s working.
3.) Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?
It’s Important for me to live a healthy life because I want to pass that on to my children! Yet also, I know others will be their best versions of themselves, when I am being my best version. I don’t believe health ends with the physical (spiritual, emotional, mental, relational) but sure does impact those other areas as well.
4.)What is your most memorable experience in this program?
Most memorable moment for me was when Coach Alexa told me to “cool my tits” while in maintenance because I “felt stuck” 😂 It was exactly what I needed to hear especially because I was hitting protocols and maintaining.
5.) BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?
Bright Spots: Hit new PR in squat, bench,deadlift, (270,150,275), entered CrossFit competition and got first place in sed competition, Learn how to appreciate a maintenance phase, Hitting new skills in CrossFit like Dubs & Kipping Pull Ups. 100 % improving relationship with food with seeing food as neutral and not “good” or
“bad”.
