What are your current goals and why?
Now that my cut is over my goals are to work towards some PR on my lifts and keep adding to the number of pull ups I can do. I also want to continue to add muscle and lean out some. I love lifting heavy and hitting new PR.
What keeps you motivated?
1. Knowing how great I feel when I lift heavy
2. My bomb coach Alexa, accountability has been a game changer for helping me reach my goals
3. I’m getting married in October and I when I look back at those pictures and videos I want to feel nothing but the happiness from the day instead of picking at images of myself
4. Knowing that is all for future me
Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?
Short term: I want to love every inch of my body and feel strong AF.
Long term: I really just want to be health for life and be able to do whatever when I get old. I don’t want to be restricted by body when I’m 80 from being able to do things I love like being out in nature. Also many things like high BP and type 2 diabetes run in my family so I want to put myself in the best position to avoid those.
What is your most memorable experience in this program?
Getting my first pull up and now successful finishing my first cut!
BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?
-I don’t find tracking to be much of a “burden” anymore and more insightful instead I was luckily to get 100g of protein before joining All-Tru and now I consistently get around 140g.
-Consistently working out in the gym 3-4 times a week. Also finally bench pressing some! I hit 6 reps at 75 lbs which is a PR and I’m excited to figure out my 1 rep max.
