Client Spotlight: Kelsey Flener


1.⁠ ⁠ What are your current goals and why?


Coming back to All-Tru, I knew that the goals I had set (to lose weight and help with trying to conceive), I would be out with the perfect coach to help me reach those. After looking at some lab work and without having to go into a cut, Coach Tori & Emma suggested a gluten and dairy-free diet. After two months, I am down 20lbs and feel amazing!! I feel confident in my body again, and I feel so much better overall!



2.⁠ ⁠What keeps you motivated?

Being able to feel confident in my own body and seeing the progress is what keeps me going! Seeing the changes that I have made in just two months has helped me realize this journey is what I make it! The biggest motivation for me is just feeling like myself again and being happy with the current version of myself! I have not looked at this good in a long time, and it makes it even cooler because I’m so close to my “goal “ weight !!


3.⁠ ⁠Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?


To be able to see it reflect in my lab work and avoid having to go on medications to help with blood pressure or cholesterol, I want to be able to still enjoy those “bad foods” but only every once in a while! I also like to see the reflection in the gym, and how much following a nutrition plan can help play a factor!


4.⁠ ⁠What is your most memorable experience in this program?


Coming to Coach Tori with questions about lab work, then both Coach Tori and Coach Emma fall down the rabbit hole with me. Helping me find what works for me, and since being with Coach Tori in May, we haven’t gone into a cut, and I’m still seeing amazing progress. Plus, she makes the best hype coach, whether it’s nutrition-related or a non-scale victory!!


5.⁠ ⁠BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments. What are you most proud of so far?


Being able to see a difference in my side-by-side photos from when I first started the program to where I am now. There are t-shirts that I wasn’t able to wear comfortably, and even jeans! Now I’m seeing a huge difference; it’s amazing to see how cutting out some foods affects your body reacts! I don’t like using the scale a lot because of how much it can fluctuate, but since May, I have lost a total of 21.6lbs
