1.) What are your current goals and why?


I finally feel like I’m at a place where I’m happy with my body and fitness journey. I could cut or bulk depending on how the mood swings versus out of desperation. I’d like to continue to get stronger mentally and physically with no specific timeline in mind.



2.) What keeps you motivated?


My answer to this question has changed throughout my fitness journey. Originally, it was to lose weight and get stronger. I’ve learned so much about myself that my motivation is now to just continue to feel the happiness I’ve already built


3.) Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?


This is important to me not only for my happiness but also so I can live a long and active life for my children. Playing at the playground with them and beating them in pull-ups or monkey bars while other parents sit around makes me so proud.


4.) What is your most memorable experience in this program?


I think my most memorable moment was during my Texas method program hitting new PRs in front squat, deadlift, and bench all in the same week. The bulk was bulking and the food was fueling! Not to mention this was only a few months after back to back unexpected abdominal surgeries.


5. What are you most proud of since joining All-Tru?


I’m most proud of finding happiness and confidence in myself in the past two years. I made some really difficult choices and did them knowing I would be okay because of the foundation I built and the confidence I had in myself.
