1. What are your current goals and why?
Currently, my goals are to become a person that I am proud of. What that means to me, is prioritizing my health and fitness and having that reflected in my everyday life.
My specific goal is to reach anywhere from 16-17% BF.
2. What keeps you motivated?
The progress photos keep me motivated every week. I also really enjoy the check-ins ๐. I travel a ton so feeling my best on those adventures is important to me having a trip on the horizon is always motivating!
3. Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?
I work in the fitness industry and it is important to me to practice what I preach and be able to help others do the same. My overall health of course and to live my best life.
4. What is your most memorable experience in this program?
The first 3 months of this program were an all-or-nothing approach. In my first month, I did well and then I allowed my social life to control my choices.
My most memorable moment has to be when Alexa told me "you're a grown-ass adult and you can make decisions for yourself and put your priorities first"
After that I sure did LOL
5. BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?
Things I am most proud of in this program is establishing the core habits I had lost. Prepping, consistent workouts, steps, water, protein. It took me about 3 months to get this concept in my head and consistency is just what it takes!
Also, I am very proud of taking my current cut seriously. I made a lot of lifestyle changes that I genuinely didn't think I could do.
I got 10 unbroken strict pull-ups today for the first time.
